What the forms collect

The demo form and the pricing form ask for a name, a phone number, and an email address. The demo form also asks for the agency name, the number of active clients, and which payers the agency bills. That is the information you choose to send.

Submissions go to Formspree, which emails them to Porchlight. Formspree's own policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

How it is used

Porchlight uses the submission to reply about a demo or a pricing quote. We do not sell that information. This website does not open a billing account and does not collect visit or claim data.
